Registration Process

The upcoming school year’s preregistration process will be communicated to our parents through email and FACTS. Registration and tuition rates will be communicated at that time. Use the following links to the preregistration process:

Tuition and Registration Fees

The tuition rate for the 2025-2026 school year at Cathedral St. Joseph Campus is $9,100. The adjusted tuition rate for each family will be determined on a case-by-case basis in conjunction with the business manager. Tuition rates for the school year will be communicated each spring during our pre-registration process. Those who received their tuition cost in the spring of 2025 will retain that amount for the coming school year. 

Fundraisers

Your fundraising obligation helps the parish close the gap between the cost to educate a scholar ($9,100.00) and the out-of-pocket cost you pay. Families pledge to support Cathedral and the various ministries by participating in these fundraisers:

Trash Bags: All families with students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 are required to sell a minimum of 30 rolls of trash bags during the annual Fall Trash Bag Sale fundraiser. You may buy out of this fundraiser for $250.

Cathedral Cash: All families with students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 are required to make purchases  that earn $100.00 in rebate for the campus by May 1.  You may buy out of this fundraiser for $250.

Legacy Event (formerly known as Mardi Gras): All families with students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 are required to purchase 2 tickets and provide a $50.00 item or donation for the auction. More information on this donation will be communicated by the Legacy Evnt committee.  You may buy our of this fundraiser for $250.

Race For Education: Each school family is required to provide at least 10 names and addresses for the Race For Education. You may choose a $250 per family ―buy-out if you do not wish to provide names and addresses.

OPT-OUT Fee:  $1,110.00 - Due before September 1, 2025 (not refundable)

Families pledge to support Cathedral School, PTO, and the various ministries of Cathedral parish with at least 15 hours of service as a family.  A charge of $20 per hour will be billed for those hours not completed and/or logged.

****All families must be current with all financial obligations, including fundraisers, to be eligible to receive: final Report Cards, Diplomas, registration for the next school year, or transfer of school records to another school.

We will make every effort to ensure that families who are experiencing financial difficulties will not be excluded from school. However, the business office needs to be kept informed of these times so that both parties can reach an agreement. We must also insist that payments to Cathedral School and parish remain a high priority among our families in order to pay the salaries and expenses for our school program. Tuition assistance/scholarship applications are available upon request.
